7. Replace the gauze and apply Termomask: in a bowl mold, mix 700 g of Termomask (20 scoops) with warm water (about 350 ml) until you get a cream that is applied starting from the navel down to her hips, in a circular direction.

Close the foil cartene and hold in place until hardening of the mask under blanket at low temperature.

8. Remove the mold, remove the residue of the mask with a warm damp towel, dry and close the treatment Ayurlipo electrically conductive gel.

Note: the DVD Beauty Treatments surrounds the abdomen with gauze already wet with the solution of Osmoayur and Fito Lipo. It is advisable however, to prevent the gauze to cool, to encircle the abdomen with dry gauze and then slowly pour the lukewarm solution.

The DVD also cut the gauze when removing Termomask. It is recommended that instead of leaving a strip of gauze longer in order to lift and remove all without using scissors.

6. Spread the gauze mask to cast composed Lift Mask and Termomask: In a bowl mix calculated for 250 g (15 scoops) of Lift Mask and 250 g (15 scoops) of Termomask with 250 ml of warm water. The mask mold thus obtained is applied to the patch following the natural anatomy of the breast. Cover with a sheet of HDPE film and leave in about 20 minutes, until hardening of the mask. Uncover and let cool 5-10 minutes also, if possible.

7. Remove the mold, remove excess mask, dry and massage Ayur Up Tonic .

Note: DVD Products Beauty Treatments are indicated Ayur Ayur Up Up and Balancing Mask Model that are no longer in production. Ayur Up Balancing is replaced by Acid Lotion, Mask Ayur Up Model is replaced by Termomask and Lift Mask used in equal measure.

The DVD also describes two distinct phases of the form: the first phase consists Up Cream Mask Ayur, Ayur Up Up and Fito Protein Mask and the second phase consists of Ayur Up Cream Mask conveyed by mask mold. The method has been simplified to a single phase mask: Up Cream Mask Ayur, Ayur Up Protein Mask and Fito Up conveyed by mask mold, which, as always, is not applied directly to the skin, but on dry gauze.

The DVD shows the technique of Moxibustion can be omitted if you do not know the method.
